Nécrose, 2021-2025
Blending stories, urban legends, and rumors—typical of small communities—Caseous Necrosis is an experimental documentary that will focus on themes of illness, death, and decay; an analogy to the villages and urbanity of Quebec regions, more specifically Ste-Agathe-des-Monts, the town where I grew up.
It is a hybrid of digital and 16mm film, hand-processed, contact printed, and chemically degraded.
